1.2 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • You have received the correct CS2 skin in your Steam inventory as described on our website
  • You changed your mind about the purchase after the skin has been delivered
  • You provided incorrect Steam account information during checkout
  • The market value of the skin has decreased since your purchase
  • You no longer want the skin due to updates or changes made by Valve to the appearance or functionality of CS2 skins
  • The refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase
  • You have violated our Terms and Conditions

2. Refund Timeframe
